As an IT Technician III, you will:
- Provide support for incoming service desk requests via phone, web portal, and email to ensure timely issue resolution
- Set up and provision systems for new hires
- Prioritize and manage incidents and service requests based on defined SLAs
- Utilize remote tools and diagnostic utilities to troubleshoot support requests
- Perform hands-on fixes, including hardware repairs and peripheral installations when remote solutions are not viable
- Install and configure hardware, software, and network infrastructure devices
- Deploy antivirus software and ensure virus definitions are current
- Administer servers via Active Directory, File & Print services, DNS, and DHCP
- Manage and maintain network firewalls and switches
- Conduct preventative maintenance on workstations, printers, and peripherals
- Foster strong working relationships across departments and teams
- Ensure compliance with company safety and security standards
- Design and implement network and server solutions
- Utilize Intune for device and application management
Qualifications:
- A college diploma or university degree in Computer Science, or 5 years of equivalent work experience
- Expertise in desktop and server operating systems, including Windows 7, Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016, Server 2019, and Mac OS
- Experience in network administration, troubleshooting, and security maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT support
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and executive levels
