About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Stock and Options Analyst who embodies an entrepreneurial mindset, always striving to innovate in trading strategies, tools, and product offerings. This role is more than just teaching—it’s about engaging with our community, delivering impactful live market instruction, and continuously evolving our product suite to ensure we are not only meeting the needs of our clients but retaining them for the long haul.

Your focus will be on driving value for our traders, enhancing their skills through high-quality educational content, and actively supporting our marketing and sales efforts. By consistently innovating in both trading strategies and the customer experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of traders and driving the company’s continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Student Engagement & Instruction

• Lead live trading classes and trading room sessions, delivering actionable strategies and market insights.
• Consistently innovate new trading strategies to be used for new client acquisition and client retention.
• Foster an interactive and supportive learning environment to enhance student retention and engagement.
• Provide expert guidance and real-time market analysis to help students make informed trading decisions.

Market Analysis & Strategy

• Conduct in-depth market research to develop and refine trading strategies.
• Share timely market insights across various media channels, aligning with marketing and educational initiatives.

Marketing Content Creation & Sales Support

• Develop high-quality sales, educational videos and lead capture content for paid media campaigns.
• Serve as the on-screen educator for video content used in various marketing programs to include social media, marketing, and outreach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that enhances brand awareness and attracts new traders.
• Support the sales team by creating content that guides prospects through each phase of the sales process.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure educational content aligns with strategic goals.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve course offerings and overall student experience.
• Drive innovation by exploring new strategies, tools, and technologies to improve trading education and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in stock and options trading.
• Strong background in financial education, coaching, or trading instruction.
• Experience creating video content, conducting webinars, or live trading sessions.
• Ability to analyze market trends and present actionable insights.
• Experience working with marketing and sales teams to align content with business objectives.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
