What You'll Do
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
- Handle incoming communications (emails, calls, mail) and prioritize urgent matters.
- Manage logistics for internal and external meetings, including conference room setup, catering, and technology needs.
- Assist in the organization of company events, team-building activities, and other corporate initiatives.
- Assist in the onboarding of new hires, payroll, and recruiting.
- Assist in data entry for employee trainings and certifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.59 - $23.59 per hour
Experience:
- Administrative Assistant: 5 years (Preferred)
- Construction: 5 years (Preferred)
