What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architectural Designer position at Market Tree Research?
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Involvement in all phases from schematic design through the end of Design Development, Construction Documents/ Building permit submittal, and Construction Administration
- Apply and analyze advanced architectural concepts and designs
- Review drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications, standards, and codes
- Monitor budgets and schedules and maintain project documentation
- Prepares reports and specifications as requested
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients, outside consultants and technical staff
- Effectively and positively provide direction and coordinate architectural staff and consultants
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,631.44 - $85,061.52 per year
