Job Description:
- Receive, organize and review bid documents
- Bid estimation of job per USACE regulation related to Building Envelope Consulting
- Prepare, type and distribute correspondence and other administrative work as required
- Maintain accurate job files and calendar
- Communicate with General Contractors for clarification of bidding documents and/or awarded or upcoming projects
- Support team to ensure up to date plans, specifications and addenda are received
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,150.18 - $54,374.41 per year
Experience:
- Business Developement Professional: 5 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)
