Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of siding installation projects.
- Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.
2. Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead siding crews and subcontractors, providing training and guidance as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
- Conduct performance reviews and promote a culture of teamwork and accountability.
3. Budget and Cost Control:
- Prepare project budgets, monitor expenses, and control costs without compromising quality.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Inspect siding materials and installations to ensure adherence to specifications, codes, and customer expectations.
- Resolve any quality issues or customer concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure alignment with project goals.
6. Computer Proficiency:
- Utilize project management software (NetSuite) to schedule, track, and report on project progress.
- Use design software to review and interpret siding plans and layouts.
- Prepare detailed reports, budgets, and presentations using tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Maintain organized digital records of contracts, permits, and project documentation.
