ResponsibilitiesAs a Mechanical Superintendent, your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member associated with providing field and technical expertise for the mechanical portion of selected projects. This position works closely with the Lead Project Manager to ensure the successful completion of the mechanical systems.
- Pre-Construction
- Assist in scope of work preparation and pre-award interviews.
- Assist in the development of mechanical bid packages.
- Provide constructability review and recommendations.
- Construction
- Perform work plans, schedules, and budget reviews.
- Work with Quality Inspectors and review all installed work.
- Troubleshoot mechanical field problems.
- Coordinate and assist with:
- Witness systems testing
- Local building authority inspections
- Mechanical commissioning of systems.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of:
- Plumbing
- Process piping
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.69 - $30.00 per hour
