RequirementsDigital Strategy Development & Execution : Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.Performance Monitoring & Optimization : Oversee the measurement and analysis of digital marketing performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI).HubSpot Expertise : Manage and optimize inbound marketing efforts within HubSpot, including lead nurturing, email campaigns, workflow automation, and CRM management. Ensure alignment with sales teams to drive conversion from leads to customers.Google Advertising Campaigns : Plan, execute, and continuously optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.) campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Set up proper tracking and reporting to measure ad effectiveness (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS).Website Design & User Experience : Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure the website is optimized for user experience, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
