Job Description:
Position Overview: The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, ensuring that all HVAC products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability. This role involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and coordinating with various departments to maintain and improve product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished products to identify and address quality issues.
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance inspectors and technicians.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and AS9100 quality standards.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control and assurance procedures.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.

Pay: $47,024.16 - $56,631.25 per year
