What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roofing Estimator position at Market Tree Research?
Responsibilities:
- Perform estimates for roof replacement with intention of obtaining the sale
- Build rapport & trust with clients
- Build & maintain relationships with various professional partners for networking purposes
- Ensure ALL missed calls/messages are returned the same day - prompt customer follow-up
- Convert leads to prospects via the estimate provided to the client
- Company-provided leads will be provided based on performance and as available
- Enter relevant lead information into CRM, including notes & ensure the appropriate people are tagged
- Research specialty items & source prior to estimate
- Provide roofing, color, style & payment options to the prospect

Pay: $57,209.39 - $68,897.33 per year
Experience:
- Roofing Estimator: 5 years (Preferred)
