What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Technician position at Market Tree Research?
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing customer equipment.
- Performing start-ups on new equipment.
- Providing exceptional customer service and communicating with customers and management.
- Proper completion and submission of all required paperwork.
- Work and manage workloads independently.
- Responsible for the upkeep of service truck (if applicable) and on-board parts inventory.
- Travel within state required regularly, sometimes out of state.

Pay: $21.94 - $26.42 per hour
