Each of our hubs serves up to 2 million residents and provides a direct channel for local farmers and food artisans to market and distribute their products online to the residents in their area.
Summary of the Position:
Market Wagon is looking for a hub coordinator with demonstrated leadership experience, an ability to connect with people, proven talent to juggle multiple tasks and a passion for locally grown food.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare for a weekly market delivery day
- Supervise the weekly order-filling cycle
- Hire & supervise delivery drivers and other helpers at market
- Resolve any problems that may arise
- Meet and relate with local farmers and artisans selling on the platform
- Coordinate and manage activities on market day
Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills
- Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed
- Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently
- Possesses a sense of urgency; is self-motivated and detail-minded
- Proactive approach in resolving problems and issues
This is a part-time position starting at 15-18 hours a week. We have a proven growth model and role gives someone the chance to get in on the ground floor! There are opportunities to increase the hours as the market grows.
Tuesday is the required market day for this location to be at the office.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
