Responsibilities
Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, keeping them informed on project updates, timelines, and deliverables.
- Present KPIs, campaign insights, and strategic recommendations during client meetings or through detailed reports.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients to ensure their goals and expectations are consistently met.
Campaign Coordination and Execution:
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and deliver high-quality results.
- Coordinate deliverables across internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and campaigns stay on track.
Campaign Execution & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Translate data into clear, client-friendly insights and strategic guidance.
Project Management:
- Track and manage project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines using tools like ClickUp.
- Ensure quality control on all client deliverables before they are shared.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks to keep projects moving smoothly.
Job Requirements
- Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field OR 1 years of experience in a marketing or client-facing role.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tactics such as email marketing, SEO, social media, and paid advertising is preferred.
Skills & Tools:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ClickUp or similar tools is a bonus.
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and key performance indicators (e.g., CTR, ROI, conversion rates).

- Comfortable speaking with clients and presenting data-driven insights.
Compensation and Schedule
- Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
- Schedule: Part-time to full-time, Monday to Friday
- Work Location: Remote
