Job Summary:
Marketing 180 is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to play a key role in driving growth for our local service company clients. The primary focus of this position will be the creation, management, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will possess or desire a strong understanding of digital advertising principles, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for achieving measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development & Launch:
- Develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies for local service businesses on Google Ads (Search, Display, Local Services Ads) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to identify relevant opportunities.
- Write compelling and effective ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
- Set up and launch new advertising campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and implementation.
- Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Monitor daily campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, CPA) to optimize campaign elements.
- Implement A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
- Manage and adjust campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations.
- Communicate campaign results and progress to the marketing team and potentially clients.
- Identify trends and opportunities to further enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and potentially clients regarding campaign performance and updates.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and landing pages to support advertising efforts.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting.
- Experience with campaign setup, tracking, and reporting within Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
