Who we are:

We're a small, but tight-knit company. Culture fit and life outside of work is extremely important to us. Not going to give you the usual "work-life balance" crap, but you should know that I do not live in my home office and don't expect our team to do so either.

  • Spreadsheet nerds. Everyone here geeks out on data. Personally, I just moved all our backend data workhorse from Google Sheets to Bigquery and it was possibly the most fun I’ve had all year.
  • Client-focused. Our focus is our clients and we actually care about the results we get them. We track more results for our clients than any of of competitors and hold ourselves to a high standard

More specifically, we are a digital marketing agency that works with ONLY DENTISTS. You heard that right. Only dentists. Makes so much of our job that much easier!

We’re a small team of 15 or so and currently serve almost 100 dental practices. We’re looking for someone who is impact-driven and wants to build something special.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Dental Phone Specialist to help us launch a new department, our Remote Dental Call Center.

We have a lot of really good SOPs in place. But our systems are not perfect and I need someone who can FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS and SOLVE PROBLEMS here when it comes to working systems.

Our Phone Specialist reports directly to our Director of Practice Sales & Marketing and will have direct communication with new patients as well as significant interaction with our clients and internal team.

The ideal candidate likes long walks on the beach, Star Wars, Marvel, and is able to carry on a conversation about the various benefits of using spreadsheets to track random data in your life.

Must have experience working remotely and booking appointments.

As far as specific experience, all our clients are dentists, so it's wonderful if you have specific experience in the dental industry. If not, it’s okay – we can teach you the skills necessary if you’re coachable.

You'll be responsible for engaging with new patients via inbound/outbound phone calls and texts in an effort to help guide the patient towards a solution that best meets their needs, which in most cases is setting an appointment with the practice.

Salary & growth opportunities:

  • Phone Sales Specialist starting at $15-18 /hr
    • You’ll report directly to our Director of Practice Sales and Marketing
    • You’ll work closely with our Pipeline team (essentially a remote “call” center for text messaging

    • Marketing 32 has grown by 2x year over year for the past 4 years. We’ll continue to grow and this role will grow with us
    • In addition to salary, we are offering a competitive bonus structure based on number of clients and performance of those clients
The ideal candidate:

  • Detail Oriented. You need to be detail oriented and have the ability to follow instructions to a T. That means learning systems, understanding processes, and utilizing resources to get the answers you need. Paying close attention to your training but also picking up on the fine details that come working a system over time
  • Adaptable. You must be able to learn systems and be adaptable. This is all about perfecting the machine and that means change is inevitable. If you feel uncomfortable with change, this role is not ideal for you
  • Helpful. You must have an exceptional ability to communicate and strive to be of service to others. Leading with helpfulness in everything you do

Make sure you are comfortable with:

  • Remote work. Our entire company works remotely. So you need to be comfortable with that and all the benefits and pitfalls that come with it
  • All job offers at all levels of our company start with a 90-day “trial period” to make sure we are a good fit for each other
  • This role will need to be actively working/available during general US business hours
