Project Manager – ERP & Data Analytics

Marketing Alliance Group is looking for a dynamic and data-driven Project Manager to lead key business initiatives focused on ERP system optimization, data analytics, and cross-functional project execution. This role will play a vital part in enhancing operational efficiency, improving data visibility, and ensuring successful delivery of business-critical projects across departments.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage ERP-related and data-centric projects from planning through execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, IT, sales, finance, and executive leadership
- Develop project plans, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Drive process improvements using data insights and collaborate with teams to build useful dashboards and reports
- Support data integrity efforts and streamline system workflows to align with business needs
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams, ensuring clear communication and aligned goals
- Provide updates and insights to leadership and stakeholders on project milestones and performance
- Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and adapt project plans to changing business requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a data-heavy or ERP-focused environment
- Strong background in business analytics, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and accountability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, manufacturing or production-oriented setting
- Experience working with ERP platforms, data dashboards, and project tracking tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field preferred
- Project Management Certification a plus
