Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with community members and promote our initiatives.
• Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential supporters and gather information.
• Negotiate and communicate effectively with individuals to secure commitments and support.
• Participate in fundraising activities to help achieve organizational goals.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and improve engagement tactics.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback from community members.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in supervising teams or leading outreach efforts is a plus.
• Familiarity with door-to-door canvassing or telemarketing practices is highly desirable.
• Background in sales or fundraising can enhance effectiveness in this role.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can help broaden our outreach efforts.
• Strong customer service skills are essential for building rapport with community members.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.14 - $28.75 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
