We are expanding at warp speed and are adding to our team – from our sales office and shop floor locations to our remote online team members. We are a diverse, creative, and passionate crew who is always looking to discover and implement fresh, innovative ideas and make some pretty amazing things.
Assembles product per production drawings. Must be advanced in the use of all standard hand tools. Working knowledge of power tools including but not limited to impact drill/driver, circular, table and reciprocating saws. Attention to detail and ability to read and comprehend production drawings. Works as a team member that can take direction from coworkers and/or supervisor. General math skills with a strong understanding in linear measurements. Basic computer skills, email and excel knowledge.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews work orders to review work tasks, select equipment and materials, and understand customer requirements and production schedule.
Assembles product per customer’s requirements.
Performs general housekeeping to maintain clean and safe work area.
Maintains knowledge of safety practices, quality goals, and customer preferences.
Other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Requires the ability to read and understand technical work instructions and basic math calculations and measurements, including decimals and metrics. Basic knowledge of cutting and plastic welding techniques. This is typically acquired through high school/vocation classes in reading, math and shop to include working with cutting and finishing tools.
Requires 1 year in an assembly/production position.
Demonstrated ability to work with hand tools (drills, sanders, nail guns & hammer)
Preferred Skills
The ability to perform repetitive tasks without compromising quality. Good attention to detail. Ability to self-motivate to meet production schedules.
