JOB SUMMARY
A Hand Assembly Person is essential to the manufacturing process at Las Vegas Color Graphics. Their duties include following established manufacturing procedures, collecting the materials needed to assemble products and ensuring the correct packaging and shipping method of all orders.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- An Assembler ensures that Photos are mounted and/or framed to meet the requirements and specifications of the final product.
- Their duties and responsibilities include:
- Understanding the requirements of each individual order.
- Reading the cover sheet and verify the specifications are followed.
- Ensuring materials are available in the production lines to process the daily orders.
- Assembling orders and ensuring that all photos meet quality standards.
- Communicating to a supervisor when a quality concern is noticed.
- Operating manual small machines to assemble photos.
- Keeping the workspace clean and organized.
- Adhering to health and safety requirements of the company.
- Conserving resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Able to work well in a team environment.
