We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Post-Processing Operator to join our production team! This position focuses on post-processing of printed materials.
In this role, you will be responsible for critical steps in the finishing process, ensuring that printed materials are accurately cut, folded, and creased for final mailing.
1st shift- 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm
Responsibilities :
- Operate the paper cutter to trim printed materials to required sizes and specifications. Set up and operate the paper folder to fold printed pieces according to job specifications.
- Set up and operate horizon creasing machine to create precise creases on printed material, preventing cracking and ensuring a smooth, professional finish.
- Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure all products meet the required standards for size, crease quality, and finish.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust as necessary to maintain optimal production speeds and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any machine issues or production delays during the post-processing stage.
