Job Overview:
The Communications Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our organizational messaging and communications strategies. This position demands a creative individual capable of developing content that engages diverse audiences across multiple platforms. As a key member of the marketing and communications team, the Communications Coordinator will work closely with various departments to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies across various platforms including social media, email newsletters, and press materials.
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, articles, and other content to promote organizational initiatives and updates.
• Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics to enhance outreach.
• Coordinate events and webinars, including logistics, promotions, and post-event evaluations to ensure effective communication of the organization's objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect information and insights that contribute to external communications.
• Maintain an up-to-date media contact list and cultivate relationships with journalists and influencers in the industry.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
