Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage the front desk area, keeping it neat and organized.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure that necessary materials are stocked.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment by monitoring visitor access.
- Provide general information about the company to visitors and callers.
- Assist with other office-related duties as required.
Qualifications:
