In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations, taking charge of various warehouse tasks that ensure our products are stored, organized, and shipped efficiently. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks when needed, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store merchandise in designated areas within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Maintain inventory counts and assist in periodic inventory audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, typically up to 50 pounds, on a consistent basis.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory management.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
