About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Creative Director with 15–20 years of experience in visual branding, creative strategy, and team leadership. Initially part-time, this position offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time role in Q2 2025, based on performance and agency growth.
The Creative Director will lead a dynamic team of designers, video editors, and photographers to deliver innovative, high-quality creative solutions that drive client success. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for creativity, the ability to mentor teams, and a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership:
- Lead the development and execution of innovative creative concepts for branding and campaigns.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, media producers, and photographers, fostering collaboration and growth.
Brand Stewardship:
- Oversee the creation and evolution of visual brand identities to ensure a cohesive and compelling look and feel across all channels.
- Ensure all creative deliverables align with client objectives and industry standards.
Campaign Oversight:
- Direct the visual execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, video, and social media assets.
- Maintain consistency in creative deliverables across various formats and touchpoints.
Client Collaboration:
- Partner with account and marketing teams to understand client goals and provide tailored creative solutions.
- Present design concepts and campaign visuals to clients, incorporating feedback to ensure satisfaction.
Innovation & Adaptability:
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and techniques, ensuring cutting-edge creative outputs.
- Leverage emerging technologies, such as AI-assisted design tools, to enhance efficiency and creativity.
QualificationsExperience:

Technical Skills:
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with design tools like Figma for prototyping and collaboration.
- Familiarity with web design platforms (e.g., Wix, Webflow, WordPress).
- Knowledge of video editing and animation tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
