Marketing/Sales Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing/Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our marketing and sales efforts, focusing on improving customer engagement and enhancing our market presence. Key Responsibilities

General

• Support current company marketing, sales, and advertising initiatives
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client or prospective client inquiries and resolving issuesm promptly
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and customer interactions in our communication system
• Write and manage case studies
• Publish various content on company and client websites

Promotions

• Develop and manage promotional activities for company growth
• Participate in networking opportunities
• Manage purchases and fulfillment for branded gear

Marketing Development

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products and services
• Create sales and marketing reports
• Gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies
• Publish content on various platforms

Sales

• Support the team by preparing sales materials and presentations
• Send sales and thank you letters, email, and initiate follow up to inquiries
• Identify and promote market research, trends, and sales impacts

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Marketing (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a marketing environment
• Entry level proficiency in Adobe, WordPress, Canva, Basecamp, etc.
• Strong understanding of brand and image projection techniques
• Demonstrated creative or content skills with an eye for detail
• (Must have a passion for details)
• Impeccable communication skills - written and verbal
• Willingness to be trained by Management
• Exceptional time management skills in deadline-driven environment
• The ability to comprehend and communicate complex topics
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience is highly desirable
