Key Responsibilities
General
- Support current company marketing, sales, and advertising initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client or prospective client inquiries and resolving issuesm promptly
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and customer interactions in our communication system
- Write and manage case studies
- Publish various content on company and client websites
Promotions
- Develop and manage promotional activities for company growth
- Participate in networking opportunities
- Manage purchases and fulfillment for branded gear
Marketing Development
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products and services
- Create sales and marketing reports
- Gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Publish content on various platforms
Sales
- Support the team by preparing sales materials and presentations
- Send sales and thank you letters, email, and initiate follow up to inquiries
- Identify and promote market research, trends, and sales impacts
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Marketing (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a marketing environment
- Entry level proficiency in Adobe, WordPress, Canva, Basecamp, etc.
- Strong understanding of brand and image projection techniques
- Demonstrated creative or content skills with an eye for detail

- Impeccable communication skills - written and verbal
- Willingness to be trained by Management
- Exceptional time management skills in deadline-driven environment
- The ability to comprehend and communicate complex topics
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Customer service experience is highly desirable
