Ideal candidates are college graduates, or professionals with customer service & sales experience looking for a career change, since this is an entry level position.

We are currently seeking handful of professional and charismatic Inside Sales Representatives who are goal-oriented, self-motivated and truly passionate in regards to sales and customer service. As an Inside Sales Representative for MHS, you will promptly and courteously assist all customers with their account purchases. Furthermore, you will handle customer service issues and follow-up with customers as scheduled after a purchase is made. To be an excellent Inside Sales Representative you must be patient, understanding, empathetic and attentive to any and all inquiries. Job Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative for DMS, you will perform many essential tasks and duties to ensure that your station operates efficiently and effectively.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Answering customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms
  • Meeting all sales objectives and handling all aspects of completing a sale including paperwork
  • Emphasizing product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
  • Maintaining customer records
  • Preparing sales contracts for orders obtained and submitting orders for processing
  • Selecting the correct products or assisting customers in making product selections based on their needs, product specifications and all other applicable regulations
  • Collaborating with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information


Qualifications

As an Inside Sales Representative, you must have a very energetic and outgoing personality. You must also be conscientious in regards to your customers’ needs and always be able to help. The ability to communicate well verbally is also very important as you will be in front of customers and expected to relay important information in regards to their service plan or device. Due to the fact that you must communicate and process computer information at the same time, you must also be able to multitask well. Additional requirements include:

  • Being professional at all times
  • Ability to stand on your feet for several hours at a time
  • Having at least 1 year sales experience is preferred but not required to secure the position
  • Maintaining a strong knowledge of not only all of our products and services, but of the competition’s as well (FULL PAID TRAINING IS PROVIDED)
