As an account manager on the Ipsos Creative Excellence team, you will be joining a passionate and entrepreneurial group of advertising experts dedicated to delivering impactful business solutions to the world’s biggest brands.
Our account managers play an integral role within client advisory, helping to execute and manage advertising research projects at varying stages of the development cycle for leading brands across diverse industries. You will work collaboratively with the broader team to uncover and communicate key insights and actionable strategies to help shape future advertising campaigns. Our Creative Excellence team supports and advises clients through the entire creative process to reach their business goals – from first insights into the big idea, from early concepts into final versions, and even monitoring the impact post launch.
What you can expect to be doing :
- Work with your team on impactful solutions, project execution, and deliverables to meet and exceed client objectives related to their advertising research needs
- Collaborate with team to design strategic questionnaires, analyze data, and interpret results that provide clear and actionable insights and recommendations
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure projects are managed successfully from pricing to data collection to quality assurance to timely delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by responding to queries, ensuring expert advisory, and providing thought leadership with support from senior members
- Participate in initiatives that support our service line (i.e., growth / new product / employee training & engagement)
