Key Responsibilities
- Daily reporting to our Burlington office.
- Installation of electrical apparatus and wiring for high-quality solar and storage systems.
- Working at heights to wire and assist in the installation of solar arrays.
- Installation and replacement of wiring equipment and fixtures utilizing hand or power tools.
- Testing electrical systems to ensure safety and compatibility with company standards, electrical codes, and local regulations.
- Maintaining a well-organized and safe work environment.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to climb ladders, bend conduit, and lift weights up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in installing/stringing electrical cable or wiring, either as a journeyman or electrical technician.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with OSHA-10 safety protocols.
- A strong sense of pride and ownership in workmanship.
- Possession of a valid Massachusetts (MA) or New Hampshire (NH) Journeyman Electrician license.
- A valid MA Driver’s License and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (no DUIs in the past 7 years).
- Tolerance for heights and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Proven experience as a journeyman or electrical technician is preferred.
