Solar Electrician for Residential Installations

RevoluSun, a leading solar energy provider based in Burlington, is actively seeking Licensed Electricians to join our dynamic solar installation team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing the electrical components of residential solar and battery storage system installations across Massachusetts. We are searching for dedicated team members who are not only skilled but also eager to embrace and follow our innovative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily reporting to our Burlington office to commence work
• Installation of electrical apparatus and wiring for high-quality solar energy and storage systems
• Collaborate on roof installations to wire and set up solar arrays
• Utilize hand and power tools for the installation or replacement of electrical wiring equipment and fixtures
• Conduct tests on electrical systems to ensure compliance with the solar systems’ safety and compatibility standards, adhering to company policies and local regulations
• Uphold a well-organized and safe working environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout all interactions
  
  

Required Skills

• Capacity to climb ladders, bend conduit, and lift weights up to 50 lbs
• Proven experience in installing or stringing electrical cables, working with electrical equipment, or functioning as a journeyman/journeywoman or electrical technician
• Ability to operate effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of OSHA-10 standards
• Possession of a valid MA Driver’s License and the capability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (no DUIs in the past 7 years)
• Valid Massachusetts (MA) or New Hampshire (NH) Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician license required
