As a Senior Director, Design you will shape and manage the brand identity system, asset management, and creative execution across multiple channels, including digital, video, experiential, and retail. WHAT OUR SENIOR DIRECTOR, DESIGN ENJOY MOST
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing design team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Overseeing the creation, evolution, and governance of brand design assets, ensuring they support brand storytelling and align with business and marketing objectives.
- Leading design strategy to support brand and product positioning, enhancing customer engagement and perception, ensuring brand assets and creative materials meet the highest standards of design excellence, innovation, and consistency.
- Establishing and managing a comprehensive digital asset management (DAM) system and leveraging AI-driven tools and automations to streamline brand consistency and enhance customization and content versioning.
- Partnering with marketing, UX, content, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of design into customer experiences and develop visually compelling campaigns and experiences that enhance the customer journey.
- Collaborating with external agencies, production partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact creative solutions.
You’ll actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience as a brand ambassador, ensuring that internal teams and external partners uphold Spectrum’s brand identity and creative vision, driving creative excellence across digital, video, experiential, retail, and print marketing channels.
