- Managing a high-performing, dedicated team of marketing experts that can provide the organization with world-class experience, knowledge, execution, and overall marketing leadership.
- Overseeing department goals with monthly views and quarterly updates for leadership, advising on conditions based on changing environments and making recommendations for changes.
- Implementing strategic and operational processes, making time, information, and decision processes more effective.
- Evaluating campaigns and metrics through data analysis, advising on the effectiveness of functions and programs, ultimately developing metrics for success and creating next-generation marketing campaign measurement reporting and analysis.
- Identifying areas of opportunity for new programs and campaigns, driving marketing ROI through innovative tactics, reporting, and process improvements. Creating, adjusting, and maintaining processes to ensure flawless but flexible execution, driving expenses down and increasing speed to market.
