  • Provide technical, analytical, and support to core compensation programs, including end-to-end global roll-out and communications.
  • Participate in market research, including survey submissions, for analysis of trending compensation policies and programs.
  • Provide ad hoc compensation consulting support to the Compensation Partnering team, which may include through close collaboration conducting market analyses, benchmarking roles, and consulting on compensation packages that align with our overall compensation philosophy and framework.
  • Design and lead the Quarterly Business Review (QBR), highlighting key achievements, upcoming initiatives, and lessons learned from the Global Compensation team to be shared with Employee Experience leadership.

What you need to succeed

  • 5 years of global compensation or analytical experience.
  • Aptitude or knowledge of technology solutions for data visualization and modelling (PowerBI, Anaplan, etc.).
  • Experience working with compensation systems, analytics, and process management.
  • Ability to understand and map complex processes to drive efficient, integrated solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills with the capability to influence and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Resourceful self-starter.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, Workday preferred, and market analysis tools.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $75,000 $160,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
