This role challenges you to align technical needs with business outcomes in a highly collaborative environment, where how we work is as important as what we deliver. You will individually lead critical programs across Adobe in concert with other cross-functional leaders. Owning the execution for critical Adobe outcomes will require you to develop value-based prioritization, clear expectations, transparency, and efficiency. As you deliver programs, you will propose trade-offs related to resources, sequencing, and prioritization. You will also have an opportunity for systems thinking as you solve barriers to execution from a platform perspective. With clear communication, you’ll confidently present your team’s insights to executives and discuss technical trade-offs with engineers.
