About the Opportunity :

The Senior Amazon Account Manager at eAccountable is pivotal in managing and growing our clients' Amazon accounts. This role demands a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, strong client management skills, and the ability to lead complex, high-value accounts - including large catalogs, Vendor accounts, deadlifts, restricted categories, etc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling portfolios, training team members, and driving business growth.

What You'll Do : Account Management

  • Oversee complex accounts, including Vendor Central, global clients, and accounts with $1M monthly ad spend.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high performance and strategic alignment.
  • Conduct weekly reporting and performance monitoring to ensure consistent client success.
  • Lead recurring client calls with strong people skills.
  • Initiate creative requests with strong project management skills.
  • Deliver Business Reviews (QBRs & ABRs) and strategic planning sessions to showcase value and align on objectives (both in-person and virtually)
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of account performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead billing processes and ensure accurate invoicing for clients.
  • Act as lead, or support, on shared accounts to ensure work is completed and shared appropriately.

Business Development

  • Drive growth by selling additional services and multi-service selling functions.
  • Identify and develop new service lines to expand eAccountable's business offerings.
  • Foster strong partner relationships to build long-term collaborations.
  • Team Mentorship

  • Help to onboard new employees on tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Set the example for the team by being proactive, fostering productivity, and ensuring processes and workflows contribute to efficient and effective team operations.
  • Media Spend and Creative Management

  • Optimize media spend for maximum ROI across campaigns, including DSP.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful advertising and marketing assets.
  • Synthesize data from AMC and extrapolate key points.
  • What We're Looking For :

  • 7 years in Amazon account management or a similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong client management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Amazon Ads Console, Seller Central, Vendor Central, Amazon DSP and AMC.
  • Proficiency in project management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Experience in billing and administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Amazon tools and other relevant platforms.
  • Results-driven, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • What We Offer :

  • What to Expect :

  • 1st Round : 30-minute interview with the Recruiter, followed by an aptitude assessment within 24-48 hrs
  • 2nd Round : 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager
  • 3rd Round : 2 hours of interviews with the Hiring Team, onsite unless the candidate is remote
