About the Opportunity :
The Senior Amazon Account Manager at eAccountable is pivotal in managing and growing our clients' Amazon accounts. This role demands a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, strong client management skills, and the ability to lead complex, high-value accounts - including large catalogs, Vendor accounts, deadlifts, restricted categories, etc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling portfolios, training team members, and driving business growth.
What You'll Do : Account Management
- Oversee complex accounts, including Vendor Central, global clients, and accounts with $1M monthly ad spend.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high performance and strategic alignment.
- Conduct weekly reporting and performance monitoring to ensure consistent client success.
- Lead recurring client calls with strong people skills.
- Initiate creative requests with strong project management skills.
- Deliver Business Reviews (QBRs & ABRs) and strategic planning sessions to showcase value and align on objectives (both in-person and virtually)
- Conduct in-depth analysis of account performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Lead billing processes and ensure accurate invoicing for clients.
- Act as lead, or support, on shared accounts to ensure work is completed and shared appropriately.

Salary : $88,000 - $110,000
