Position: Business Development and Internet Representative (BDC)

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused BDC Internet Representative to handle incoming sales leads and schedule appointments for our three locations. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

· Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries.

· Ask thoughtful questions and actively listen to customers’ needs.

· Build lasting relationships and create loyal customers for life.

· Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

· Overcome objections and excel in sales situations with a solutions-focused approach.

· Meet or exceed daily call goals after the training period.

· Exhibit a positive, proactive attitude every day.

· Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service.
