This role will handle paid media, lead automation, and web performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC, SEO, and paid ad campaigns across platforms including Google, Facebook, BiggerPockets, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and manage marketing automation workflows, including Zoho lead nurture sequences and audience segmentation.
- Track, analyze, and report on ad performance and web analytics to make data-driven optimizations.
- Refine ad targeting and segmentation to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing for landing pages, ad creatives, and marketing funnels to improve performance.
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any issues with lead forms and user experience.
Recommended Experience & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC management, and marketing automation.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn advertising.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.).
- Proficiency in website analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools like SEMrush or Moz.
- Experience in real estate marketing, including lead generation for property management, new home sales, or investor outreach, is a plus.
