This role will handle paid media, lead automation, and web performance tracking.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC, SEO, and paid ad campaigns across platforms including Google, Facebook, BiggerPockets, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and manage marketing automation workflows, including Zoho lead nurture sequences and audience segmentation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on ad performance and web analytics to make data-driven optimizations.
  • Refine ad targeting and segmentation to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A / B testing for landing pages, ad creatives, and marketing funnels to improve performance.
  • Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any issues with lead forms and user experience.

Recommended Experience & Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC management, and marketing automation.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn advertising.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.).
  • Proficiency in website analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Key Skills :

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to optimize ad spend and improve conversion rates
  • Technical understanding of marketing automation tools and workflows
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
