Key Responsibilities
The Prepaid Wireless Specialist will engage in side-by-side selling with retail associates, perform in-store product demonstrations at assigned events, and coordinate with appropriate personnel. This individual will also establish and manage critical relationships within national retail stores and develop positive business relationships with retail store management and employees.
This position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) and 1-2 years of retail sales, training, marketing, advertising, merchandising, or public relations experience.
The Prepaid Wireless Specialist will drive sales productivity and customer satisfaction within national retail locations, participate in in-store promotions, and provide superior customer service to retail store customers and in-store sales staff.
