About The Inbound Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking an experienced and driven Inbound Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. What Will You Do?
- Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities through inbound channels.
- Manage incoming calls, web forms, and chat requests from existing and new customers.
- Gather necessary information to understand customer requirements.
- Resolve customer queries and direct leads to the appropriate sales team members.
- Effectively qualify and route leads based on the nature of inquiries and requests.
- Handle objections to move leads through the sales process.
- Provide excellent customer experience by addressing inquiries and concerns with courtesy and professionalism.
- Focus on customer needs while ensuring a smooth handover to inside sales representatives.
- Align with and achieve set key performance indicators related to lead handling and qualification.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- 1 year of business sales experience (tech/software a plus).
- Motivated and positive professional with a desire to impact a growing business.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
