MarketStar is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support our newest SaaS team based in our Ogden, Utah headquarters. As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. You will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our clients. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with excellent sales skills, a keen understanding of technology, and the ability to manage time and relationships effectively.

About The Inside Sales Representative – SaaS
MarketStar is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support our newest SaaS team based in our Ogden, Utah headquarters. Location: Ogden, UT
What Will You Do?
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Connect with and engage new potential customers through outbound prospecting and pipeline building.
- Demonstrate a deep commitment to understanding customer needs, delivering exceptional service, and providing tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Other applicable duties as assigned.
- Proven track record in outbound sales; B2B, tech, or SaaS experience preferred.
- Strong results orientation with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in sales skills and the ability to persuade and influence clients.
- Basic understanding of technology and familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to receive and implement feedback to continuously improve performance, enhance skills, and contribute to team success.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
