Abou t the Order Operations Specialist :
MarketStar is looking for a Order Operations Specialist to support our Google Workspace team.
Location : US - Remote
What Will You Do?
Function as external subject-matter-expert for Workspace for Education ordering questions and escalations
Partner Enablement – Build partner-facing resources for ordering best practices
Internal Enablement – Train and support internal teams to better comprehend Workspace for Education ordering nuances and scenarios
Internal processes – Create product conversion pathways guidance for order processing teams, streamlining ordering operations for discount programs and product conversions
Internal Operations – Point of Contact for triaging revenue recognition inconsistencies in Google’s systems
Order Quality – Program Management of order management team and discount practices to ensure quality
Assist partners in on-boarding, program agreements, and participating in Google Chrome’s partner program and partners establish a strong foundation for selling & ordering.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
Order processing experience
Strong organizational skills
Previous Google work experience (preferred)
Self-starter
Attention to detail
Situational awareness
Value collaboration and transparency
High communication skills to explain technical questions / answers in a concise, simple, and consistent manner

The salary range for this position is between $64,000.00 and $67,.0000 annually.
