Requirements
- Ensure all work is done smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
- Provide direct in-field supervision of a crew working on all phases of construction.
- Maintain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all areas of work.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Manage the crew and establish daily/weekly goals.
- Manage the equipment.
- Assign job duties.
- Maintain a safe jobsite.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Knowledge of job sites, crews, heavy civil construction and paving projects.
- Knowledge to review plans and permits.
