We are looking for someone who’s reliable, detail oriented, follows directions and is highly motivated to help our detail orientated paving crews.

The individual may work 8-10-hour shift, Monday-Friday, and qualify for Markham’s benefit package. Markham is proud of the projects and relationships that we have built over the past 45 years but we are even more proud of the amazing dedicated professionals we are honored to call our Team.
Markham currently has an immediate opening for the following:
Screed Operator-experience with Topcon grade controls and Caterpillar screed operations
- Must have asphalt paving experience.
- Must have the ability to stand, walk, bend, and shovel for long periods of time.
- Must poses the ability to work in extreme heat!
- Construction experiences a plus.
- Must be motivated and able to follow directions in a large crew setting.
- Be willing to preform other duties assigned.
- Must have EXCELLENT communication and listening skills.
- Experience working in a large team environment, and can perform without constant supervision
