JOB TITLE : Unarmed Security Guard

CLASSIFICATION : Part-Time Full-Time On-Call

SCHEDULE : Night Shift Positions Available

LOCATION : Various, Bellevue, Redmond, Federal Way, Kent, and the greater Seattle area.

PAY : $20.00 - $22.00

Markham Investigation and Protection LLC. (MIP)

ESSENTIAL ROLE :

We are seeking experienced and qualified candidates to fill part-time, full-time, and on-call shift hours while overseeing many construction sites within the Seattle, Kent, and Tacoma, WA area.

To be successful, candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the security industry, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and proficiency with smartphone technology.

Hiring immediately, interviews and the hiring process will be open until the perfect candidate is selected.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Serve as a visible deterrent.

Patrol the facility to report potential safety or security risks.

Provide emergency response to aid with incidents.

Provide the highest level of customer service in both written and oral communications.

Prepare accurate and detailed reports!

This position includes regular walking and standing for extended periods of time.

Some kneeling, stooping, or crouching may be involved.

Ability to work outside in the elements (weather).

Report any suspicious incidents to management in detail.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Must be 18 years of age for all locations.

High school diploma / GED, or equivalent job-related experience

Valid state driver's license / safe driving record (For operating company vehicles)

Able to pass drug test & background screening.

Must have smartphone / data plan.

Basic computer / mobile device skills

Active Security guard license in WA State

Must have personal vehicle / reliable transportation.

ADDITIONAL : (Preferred)

Armed security guard license

History with Report writing and site patrol duties.

CPR & first aid certification

Bilingual
