- Increase customer satisfaction scores by effectively addressing customer concerns and ensuring their vehicles are serviced correctly and on time.
- Increase service department revenue by effectively recommending and selling necessary services to customers.
- Improve operational efficiency by streamlining the service process, coordinating effectively with service technicians, and managing the service schedule optimally.
Skills and Attributes: The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, a strong understanding of automotive systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. They will be patient, resilient, professional, and passionate about cars.
Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, listening to their concerns, explaining the services required, and keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles. t
- Inspecting vehicles, identifying necessary services, and effectively communicating these recommendations to customers.
- Coordinating with service technicians to ensure that services are completed correctly and on time.
- Managing the service schedule to maximize efficiency and minimize the time customers have to wait for their vehicles.
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, services recommended and performed, and any other relevant information.
- Continually looking for ways to improve the service process and implementing changes that can increase efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and boost the revenue of the service department.
