What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative & Marketing Assistant position at MarkMedia LLC?
MarkMedia is a creative content agency specializing in corporate storytelling, strategic communications, and high-impact video production. We work with global investors and their portfolio companies, crafting compelling narratives that drive fundraising, marketing, and business growth.
Unlike traditional advertising agencies, we take a documentary-style approach, featuring real people—executives, investors, and internal teams—rather than actors or scripted commercials. Our work helps investors showcase their vision while equipping businesses with the content they need to attract capital, engage stakeholders, and build credibility.
As a global agency, we collaborate with creatives worldwide, assembling top-tier teams for each project. From New York to London, Milan to San Francisco, we seamlessly blend in-house expertise with external talent to produce impactful content.
MarkMedia is in an exciting phase of growth, and we’re looking for talented professionals to help us expand, refine our creative processes, and continue delivering industry-leading content.
