SUMMARY: Under sometimes close supervision, uses a growing understanding of produce markets and quality to provide day-to-day support to customers as a member of the Account Management Team. Strives to attain Sr. Account Management level expertise.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and other duties as may be assigned:
· Provides day to day customer support; troubleshoots customer issues.
· Processes order entries, including checking notes.
· Sends confirmations and tracks volume.
· Sends pre and final manifests.
· Makes order changes and updates, processes credits, rejections and protections.
· Resolves transportation and dispatch issues.
· Communicates logistic loading areas.
· Maintains price templates.
· Reconciles accounting issues such as customer and supplier short pays.
· Tracks member volume
· Communicates price sheets to members.
· Monitors, tracks, addresses and/or seeks help with emerging issues.
· Work rotating Saturday schedule.
· Other duties, as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
· Any combination of education and experience that provide the skills needed to successfully complete the essential functions; typically, through a Bachelors or Associates degree and at least one year of customer service or general office experience.
Computer Skills
· Strong computer skills, including database, Excel, Outlook and ability to quickly learn new programs.
Communication Skills
· Ability to respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a calm and professional manner, sometimes under pressure; ability to read and write memos and correspondence to customers.
Mathematical Skills
· Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

ENVIRONMENT
· Approximately 95% of the time performing job duties is spent indoors, within a standard office environment.
· Approximately 90-95% of the time is spent on the computer and telephone.
· Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· Continuously: sit, reach with hands and arms, see (including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus), hear and speak; key (i.e., computer, calculator, telephone)

Pay: $63,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
