Markon is hiring a forward-thinking Business Process Manager to support business process analysis and improvement for a highly cleared IC customer.
- Oversees the Engineering, Stand up, and delivery of the client Governance Framework.
- Serve as the Product Management Board Secretariat
- Identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system
- Apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Provide support and engagement for external customer governance boards
- Support reporting/feedback across the program and with management
- Provide monthly and or weekly reporting
- Assist with tools and provide guidance on how to automate and integrate
- Deep understanding and experience with Project Management Methodologies: including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience as a systems integrator supporting technical activities on a large dynamic program
- Ability to establish, stand up, and manage governance framework and workflow methodologies
- Experience creating/providing documentation, including: agendas, templates, meeting minutes, SOPs, charters
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Ability to tailor and deliver executive-level briefing material to senior officers
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively across Groups to support Office-level business process
- Ability to work both independently and as an active member of a cohesive and energetic team
- Ability to track incoming actions, manage delegations, review and coordinate responses in a timely manner
- Ability to coordinate information flow between all programs and organizational managers
- Ability to problem solve and be resourceful in solving challenging issues
- Ability to share expertise and integrate across organizational teams
- Ability to fully coordinate project schedules
- Active TS/SCI FSP
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, administration, or a related field of study.

Experience with project management software
Prior experience with the Sponsor Organization
Salary Range: USD $170,000.00 - USD $190,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
