Markon is seeking a Resource Specialist to support our Intelligence Customer by providing support for financial management oversight to ensure expenses are correct and traceable to the appropriate project and/or customer.
Responsibilities:
- Support the group with financial reporting, analysis, resource allocations, and coordination.
- Assist Chiefs with budget and finances to include receiving funds from other government agencies and ensuring they are properly coordinated and processed
- Develop program documentation such as planning documents, board charters, and schedules documentation, tracking actions, developing briefings
- Write Cables for activities and travel as it relates to the program
- Manage logistics and support to the team as needed
- Work closely with and serve as back up to the office program integrator who tracks ongoing office activities and initiatives, ensuring appropriate and timely action is taken
- Update the content management system on SharePoint, the office website, and shared folders. Post announcements and relevant documents
- Work with Management in the planning, coordination, and execution of Problem Set; CEO Summit, Show Case, etc. on the Government side
- Active TS/SCI FSP required
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or at least four (4) years of work experience in the area of project management and resource management
- Minimum of four (4) years' experience supporting the Agency
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in tracking and monitoring program activities and initiatives
- Proven ability to plan and organize tasks independently
- Excellent time management
- Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience using MS Office applications and other tools to support and track customer activities
- Proven ability to work independently and identify and implement solutions to issues as they arise
- Outstanding coordination skills and ability to build strong customer and external relationships, along with a high comfort level managing multiple tasks

Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
