Markon is seeking a Technical Trainer to support an Intelligence customer.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver technical training programs tailored to the customer’s needs.
- Lead and support training initiatives, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Work closely with stakeholders to assess training requirements and develop instructional materials.
- Conduct training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings.
- Travel up to 40% to support on-site training sessions.
- Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to enhance user adoption of technical systems.
- Prior experience working with the customer organization.
- TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph
- Demonstrated instructional experience, including curriculum development and classroom/virtual training delivery.
- Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage training initiatives.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
